The action of sexism is no more a notion

Sexism is an action based belief that members of one sex are consistently consider as less capable group of the society. On a special note women are contemplated as less skillful then men.

Until the 20 the century women had no voting rights alongside of very minimal property rights suppressing women economically and financially.

In late 1960's the women's and gay's liberation movements emerged in Britain and United states had been quite successful in raising public awareness about sexism. While this generation has witnessed the high potential women working in army, navy, medical business proving women are no less than men.
